So the event date is drawing closer, please let us know in the next few days if you will be coming over. Whatever the forecast its going to be a great day. We are arranging with the hotel for another great BBQ, so its really helpful if you get your names to us soon if you are coming, whether its to watch or compete so they know numbers for the evening.
